HEALTHY EATING HABITS THAT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE






The present modern progressive life style has exposed us to a wide range of food products and cuisines within reach. The inviting varieties of modern food with door deliveries and night serving restaurants feels like a blessing after those long stressful working hours until the side effects show up.People start agonising about their food habits after encountering with diabetes, respiratory infection, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, cardiovascular diseases, cancer or osteoporosis. The present generation is forced to endure these diseases at their late 30’s wholly because of their lifestyle and eating habits.

Frequent consumption of junk foods, eating in unhygienic places and less intake of proteins,vitamins deprives your body from functioning adroitly to the age.

    Make sure you intake the right amount of calorie that includes different fruits,vegetables,legumes and sprouts. Burn the calorie intake by regular exercises that boosts your immunity and keeps you away from being obese.
