If they are positive, then they make for a good choice else its best to ignore them.
  • HAVE A SNACK BEFORE GOING TO THE RESTAURANT: Once the choice has been made-up, have something at home an hour before heading out to the Restaurant, like say, a hard-boiled egg and vegetables or dried fruit and nut mix.
